Overall, this is an excellent handheld vaccuum that does the job. Let's face it, the most important criteria when evaluating any handheld vaccuum are suction power, battery life, & ease of cleaning. Well, this unit cleans well, the lithion battery is terrific, and emptying debris doesn't get any easier. I would give this a 5 star rating if the design wasn't so poor. The folding brush attachment does not stay extended when vaccuuming. I am constantly adjusting the brush attachment so that gets annoying. Also, the ergonamics are awkward. Maybe it's just me, but my wrist and hands get sore when using for extended periods. I've heard the same feedback from other users. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was the poor design.
